    You are purchasing a beautiful vintage sterling silver and inlaid ceramic or porcelain handmade heart necklace pendant. It is marked with what look like Asian hallmarks to me on the back and it tests sterling and it is in very good pre owned condition with no damage or repairs as seen in the enlarged pictures. It has a nice warm lightly tarnished patina and it measures 1 3/8" long by 15/16" wide by just under 1/4" thick and it weights 6.5 grams.
